Roof Maxx restores what time takes away.
Asphalt shingles dry out as they age. The oils that keep them flexible evaporate. Brittle shingles crack, curl, and lose their seal. Roof Maxx replaces those oils with a plant-based bio-oil. The result is shingles that flex, seal, and shed water again.
The science is straightforward. Asphalt shingles are built around a flexible mat saturated with oil-based asphalt. As shingles age, sun, heat, and weather draw the oil out of them. By year fifteen, most asphalt roofs have lost a significant portion of their oil content. That's the cracking, curling, and granule loss you see from the curb.
Roof Maxx is a soybean-derived bio-oil emulsion. When it's sprayed onto an aging roof, the oil migrates into the shingles and rebinds with the asphalt matrix. The shingles regain flexibility. The roof gets several more years of life, at a fraction of the cost of tearing it off and starting over.
