We started Pantheon to do roofing the way it should be done in Central Illinois.

Pantheon Roofing Solutions is owner-operated by Brad Shaner. Brad founded the company in 2022 with a specific belief about how roofing should work: lead with the least-invasive option that is right for the roof, not the option with the biggest invoice.

Pantheon's small in-house team (Brad plus 5-15 craftsmen across estimates, repair crews, and replacement crews) handles every job on its own. No subcontractors. The same people who quote your roof show up to do the work.

Most Champaign-Urbana homes we look at do not need a full replacement. They need a real diagnosis and the option that fits their roof's condition. That means we are often the contractor that talks people out of a major replacement when Roof Maxx rejuvenation can extend the roof another decade, or when a repair will hold for years.

We are an authorized Roof Maxx dealer, the only one serving Champaign-Urbana, and a fully licensed Illinois contractor, IL Lic #104.020172. When replacement is genuinely the right call, we do full tear-off, code-compliant installation, manufacturer-backed materials, and a 10-year workmanship warranty on top.

Brad is on every job site. We work with small, accountable crews, no rotating subcontractors and no surprise faces in your driveway. When we leave the property, the site is clean and the work is documented.
